We offer worldwide delivery on all orders. Each piece is prepared with care and shipped from our UK studio using DHL, our trusted global logistics partner.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

United Kingdom

  • DHL Standard: 2–4 business days

  • DHL Express: 1–2 business days

Europe

  • DHL Economy Select / Standard: 4–7 business days

  • DHL Express: 2–4 business days

United States & Canada

  • DHL Standard: 5–10 business days

  • DHL Express: 3–5 business days

Asia, Middle East & Australia

  • DHL Standard: 7–12 business days

  • DHL Express: 4–7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.


Order Tracking

All orders include a DHL tracking link. You can follow the status of your shipment at any time through DHL’s tracking portal.


Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees once the package reaches your destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
Helen Anthony is not responsible for customs delays.


Delivery Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
A signature may be required on delivery for security purposes.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or missed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at press@helenanthony.co.uk.
We will work directly with DHL to resolve the issue.


Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items

For pre-order or made-to-order pieces, dispatch times may vary.
Estimated delivery windows will be noted on the product page or confirmed via email.


Refused Deliveries

Refused or undeliverable shipments will be returned to us.
Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or duties will be deducted from your refund.
